Prior to commencing any services, both customer and Ecig Compliance will approve a mutual agreement to ensure that proper elements and commitments are in place to provide the expected services and deliveries.
The objectives of this agreement are to:
- Provide clear reference to service ownership, roles, and responsibilities.
- Present a clear and concise description of service provision to the customer.
- Match perceptions of expected service provision.
When the agreement has been signed by both parties, the agreed services will be invoiced 100 % up front and the payment will be due in full before the work is initiated.
Ecig Compliance will be entitled to reimbursement for all pre-approved expenses incurred in the performance of the services.
Ecig Compliance will keep all information concerning the customer and the customer’s product(s) obtained or created during laboratory activities confidential.
Ecig Compliance expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. There is no warranty that the Services will be error-free.
While every effort is made, to the best knowledge and understanding of Ecig Compliance, to provide accurate information with respect to compliance and regulatory matters, there is no warranty that the Services offered by this Service Level Agreement will be accepted as authoritative by competent national authorities.
In no event will Ecig Compliance be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages relating to, or injuries arising from, products within scope of this Service Level Agreement.
Nor will Ecig Compliance be liable for claims by any person or entity arising from, or in any way related to, this agreement.
